This traditional calming tea supports restful sleep and relaxation, calms nerves, and provides gentle antioxidant support during hormonal changes. Best served hot.

Ingredients
1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf green tea)
250 mL hot water (~80°C)
1–2 slices fresh lemon
Preparation
Heat water to just under boiling (about 80°C). TIP: if you have an ordinary kettle, add a little cool water to your cup first, then pour in the boiling water to create water ~80°C.
Place green tea bag or leaves in a mug.
Pour water over and steep for 2–3 minutes.
Remove tea bag/leaves, squeeze lemon slice lightly into the tea and drop it in. Serve hot.
