Ingredients
60g rolled oats
1 tsp ground tumeric
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 medium mango, diced or mashed
2 tbsp chia seeds
360ml coconut water
0.5 tsp raw honey
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
120g Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Preparation
In a bowl or jar, combine all ingredients except yoghurt and pumpkin seeds.
Stir well until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir again and top with Greek yogurt and pumpkin seeds. Add extra mango slices if desired.
