Hello and welcome!
We're two lifelong friends who have spent years finding joy and empowerment in the outdoors. Now in our 40s, we've learned firsthand how important it is to prioritise nutrition, hydration, and movement to keep up our energy and continue doing what we love.
Our journey through these health and hormonal transitions has inspired us to support other women navigating similar changes - sharing real-life tips, mindset shifts, and the science behind staying well-fuelled
and hydrated at every age.
