Ingredients
1 tsp dried peppermint leaves (or 1 tea bag)
1 tsp dried nettle leaves
250 mL hot water (~95°C)
Preparation
Add peppermint and nettle to a tea infuser or cup.
Pour hot water over leaves.
Steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain.
Drink warm.
