Ingredients

1 tsp dried peppermint leaves (or 1 tea bag)

1 tsp dried nettle leaves

250 mL hot water (~95°C)

Preparation

  1. Add peppermint and nettle to a tea infuser or cup.

  2. Pour hot water over leaves.

  3. Steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain.

  4. Drink warm.
