Ingredients

1 tsp matcha green tea powder

60 mL hot water (~80°C)

200 mL oat milk

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Sift matcha powder into a bowl.

  2. Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.

  3. Heat oat milk until warm, then froth if desired.

  4. Pour oat milk into a mug and stir in matcha.

  5. Sweeten if desired.
