Ingredients
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 cup spinach leaves
200 mL cold water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
Add apple, cucumber, spinach, water, and lemon to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain through a sieve (optional) for a clear juice.
Serve chilled.
